What to Bring Checklist
Don’t worry about bringing bait, fishing electronics, or filleting knives,
we have plenty!
Things to note:
- Please try to limit your personal gear to under 40lbs.
- Please pack your items in a bag or a tote as loose items are difficult to load and unload.
- Don’t bring snacks and items for “everybody” we just end up with way too much and will have to pack it in and out. Pack for yourself only.
- We meal plan very closely so we don’t take up extra. We try to leave with only fish and no extra food. Extras always need to be packed out. If you have that special “Moose Roast” you want to bring, please let the organizers know and it will get worked into the meal plan.
- Bring layers of clothes as it can be hot and sunny one day, and cold and rainy the next day.
- Bringing your own fishing rods isn’t 100% necessary, we have a well-stocked system but if you have that special rod and reel feel free to bring it.
